By using the Survey Saathi application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services:
Survey Saathi acts as a platform that connects customers with independent surveyors. We do not directly provide survey services.

3. Booking and Payment:

• Users are required to pay a booking/advance amount at the time of booking
• The remaining payment shall be made directly to the surveyor

4. Role of Surveyors:

• Surveyors are independent service providers
• Survey Saathi is not responsible for the execution quality of the service

5. Liability:

• Survey Saathi shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from survey services
• Any dispute regarding service quality must be resolved between the customer and the surveyor

6. Cancellation:

• Both users and surveyors can cancel bookings
• Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy

7. Misuse of Platform:
Any fraudulent activity, fake booking, or misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Modification of Terms:
Survey Saathi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9. User Responsibility:

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this app. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and during contacting by surveyor.

10. User Criteria:

Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may be charged separately.

11. Changes to Terms:

SurveySaathi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated terms.
