1. Booking Amount Refund:

  • Full refund will be issued if no surveyor is assigned
  • Partial refund may be issued if the user cancels the booking (processing charges may apply)

2. Surveyor Cancellation:

  • If the surveyor cancels the booking, the user is eligible for a full refund or rebooking

3. After Work Commencement:

  • Once the survey work has started, the booking amount is non-refundable
  • Incorrect details or photos are submitted by the user, the booking amount is non-refundable

4. Service Issues:

  • In case of dissatisfaction, users can raise a complaint through contact and support.

5. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. SurveySaathi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. How to Request a Refund:

Users can request a refund by contacting support through the app with order details and reason for cancellation.
